Terms and Conditions of Renoir Parfums

These terms regulate all users of renoirparfums.net. They will be valid for all your future transactions with Renoir Parfums and visits to renoirparfums.net. These conditions regulate sales of perfumes or other products by renoirparfums.net to private individuals. This website is destined exclusively for private individuals. The conditions of sales mentioned hereafter concern only renoirparfums.net and are not related to any other conditions applied in stores. Renoir Parfums reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions. The date of the latest update is found at the end of the Terms and Conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.

Disclaimer

We do not guarantee that all the items available at the renoirparfums.net online shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order, we will contact you by e-mail. Renoir Parfums cannot warrant that the content of renoirparfums.net is at all times free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Renoir Parfums may at any time change the content of the site and the items available in the product range. Though we strive to always display the correct texts, images, and pricing on the site and web shop, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will be automatically canceled. Renoir Parfums cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using the site or not being able to use the site. Renoir Parfums cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted, and secure access to the website.

Trade Marks

Our trademarks include (amongst others) the Renoir Parfums name and logo. These trademarks may be used or registered in more than one country and your use of this website does not grant you any rights to use our trademarks.

The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than making sure you get the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing activities related to Renoir Parfums. Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only when it is necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. When registering to our web shop, you can choose not to receive information from Renoir Parfums. If you wish to end your subscription to information from us, send an email to contact@renoirparfums.net stating your email address and a short description of the matter. You have the right to at any time know what information is kept about you in our systems. This information can be requested by sending an email to contact@renoirparfums.net. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted.

Prices and Payments

We accept payments via Stripe. The full amount will be charged on the date of the order. Prices include VAT applicable in the customer’s country when shipped within Europe. Any shipping costs will be added to your order. Orders to countries outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. On orders to countries outside of the EU, we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. You must render these additional charges in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Pre-Order Reservation

When placing a Pre-Order for Renoir Parfums products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Renoir Parfums shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending an e-mail to sales@renoirparfums.com. You acknowledge and agree that Renoir Parfums may decline or delay reservations as it deems appropriate, provided that we will make efforts to inform you within two (2) weeks of our receipt of your Pre-Order, and that you will be entitled to a full refund of the pre-order fee.

Delay of Delivery

Renoir Parfums aims to deliver all orders within the stated delivery time. If the delivery has not taken place within 30 days of payment, the customer has the right to cancel the order free of charge and is entitled to a full refund including shipping costs.

Please contact contact@renoirparfums.net if you wish to request a refund and to solve any other issues regarding a delay of delivery.

Exchanges and Returns/Refunds

During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. First action to do is to write an email notifying the will to exchange or return the product at contact@renoirparfums.net. Please provide the order number when you write the email. The customer may be eligible to be refunded for damaged products only if labels and original packaging are fully intact. The renoirparfums.net webstore cannot accept returns where the cellophane has been opened. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Renoir Parfums to the following address:

Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will the original shipping costs for delivering your order. VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product, subject to availability.

Customs

Renoir Parfums products may contain ingredients that cannot be imported into some countries. Please check with your local customs. Renoir Parfums will NEVER be held responsible for import-issues that arise from placing an order in our webstore.

Violations of Rules

Renoir Parfums reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site. Individuals violating the restriction of password-protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are construed in accordance with Bulgarian law and you agree that the Bulgarian courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may be different from the laws in Bulgaria and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website and the ordering of products on it.
